My Daily Coach is operated by BornToRise Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using My Daily Coach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

My Daily Coach provides AI coaching personas across astrology, wellbeing, personal finance, relationships, cooking, confidence and study preparation. Coaches are software, not licensed practitioners.

Not professional advice

Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, tax or investment advice. Guidance is general in nature and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for decisions you take. For anything consequential, consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Eligibility and account

• You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a guardian.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and billing

• Current plans, trial terms and prices are shown inside the app before you pay, and on the Google Play listing.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the stated period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period continues to its end.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with prior notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or resell the underlying models or content.
• Automate access, scrape, or overload the service.
• Impersonate others or submit content you have no right to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service — generating replies, keeping your history and improving reliability — as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of India.
