BornToRise Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the My Daily Coach mobile application and related services (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed/encrypted form).

1.2 Content You Provide

Information you enter into the App to use its coaching/educational features — for example, topics of interest, preferences, progress, notes, or questions you submit (e.g., in areas like astrology, cooking, or other educational content). This does not include health, fitness, or financial data — the App does not request or knowingly collect those categories.

1.3 Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

• Device identifiers, device type, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• App usage data (features used, session length, crash logs, performance data)

1.4 Payment Information

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive limited transaction data (e.g., purchase status, subscription tier) needed to manage your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its coaching/educational features
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Personalize content and recommendations
• Monitor and improve App performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you (service updates, support, and — where you’ve opted in — marketing)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the App — e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and Stripe for payment processing — bound by contracts to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide us
• Legal authorities, if required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request
• A successor entity, if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you’ll be notified of any change in ownership or use of your data)

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you request to delete your account, we permanently delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we’re required to retain specific records for legal, tax, or security purposes. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising).

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
